Construction work in the City of North Vancouver will lead to potential delays in the coming few weeks.
Lonsdale Energy Corporation is installing a main line between West 3rd Street and north of West Keith Road as well as connecting to a new building on Chesterfield at 181 West 6th Street.
The construction begins on January 4 and will continue until April 30.
As construction continues, the individual blocks will be closed during construction hours, although open for bike lanes and local traffic only.
Please use alternate route. Hours of work are from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm, if required.
Meanwhile, the City will be installing a new fire hydrant and water service in the 700 blocks of East 3rd Street.
Construction is planned from December 14 to December 22, and the hours of work will be from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Alternate route recommended as work zone will be reduced to single lane alternating traffic.
