BC’s largest indoor bike park is now open at the Capilano Mall in North Vancouver. The North Shore Bike Park is now open to the community seven days a week.

A year in the making, the North Shore Bike Park opened its doors to the community this week. Located in the old 65,000 square feet Sears store in the Capilano Mall, the North Shore Bike Park aims to be a more than a bike park, but rather a community centre for anyone who loves, or wants to love, the lifestyle of cycling.

The bike park has a Pump Track, 3 levels of Jump Lines, and Urban Zone with Mini Ramps, as well as Birthday Party Rooms, and bike rentals. There are change rooms and well as a shop that offers bike components and replacement parts.

In a social media post, the team behind the North Shore Bike Park said they began thinking about finding a way to  bring a year-round biking facility to the North Shore and the Sea to Sky area in general. The result is a bike skills park that is now open for everyone to enjoy, and the bike park team is currently offering membership at 25% off.

“There is nothing like the North Shore Bike Park anywhere in BC and no place for riding than the world-famous North Shore of Vancouver,” says the North Shore Bike Skills Park team.

With ne The new bike park is one among several changes coming to the Capilano Mall, which recently held a public information meeting to inform residents about the future vision for the mall. You can learn about the future vision of Cap Mall on the website , where you can watch a short video and download project information and register to receive project updates.
