Natcon Construction Services has applied to develop 39 condos and 7,030 square feet of commercial space in a four-storey building at 1235 Marine Drive.
The site is currently occupied by a car dealership.
The developer is proposing 63 parking spaces, 48 for residents and 15 for commercial use on the site.
The applicant is hosting a public information meeting, which the local government requires as part of the development application process.
“The information meeting is your chance to learn more about the application, ask questions, and share your thoughts,” DNV says.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the meeting is being held online from December 9, 2020 to January 8, 2021.
Questions can be asked until December 23, and input can be provided until January 8.
