Loblaws has issued a new notification about a staff member testing positive at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 879 Marine Dr, Unit 110 in North Vancouver.
The notification was issued today.
“The team member tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19. The last day the team member worked was on January 24,” Loblaws announced today.
“We are committed to being transparent with our colleagues and our customers, and have all of our cases listed on our corporate website,” the company said.
On Jan. 25, Sobeys had also issued a COVID-19 alert for an employee testing positive for at Thrifty Foods at 845 Marine Drive in North Vancouver.
The last day the employee worked there was January 17.
Sobeys says where required, it will communicate with customers at the impacted location with store signs that inform customers the steps the store is taking to manage the situation.
