North Vancouver Recreation Commission will partially re-open three fitness centres in North Vancouver from August 5.
Fitness Centres at Delbrook, Harry Jerome and Parkgate will re-open from August 5.
Spaces, however, will be modified with safety measures and physical distancing in place.
Advance registration will be completed online, and drop-ins will not be allowed to enable contact tracing and physical distancing.
Only customers with pre-booked registrations will be permitted to enter a facility, and regular admission prices will apply.
Registration opens each Monday at 9 am for the following week. The first registration opens on Monday, July 27 at 9 am for registering for the following week.
Each session will be 75 minutes long and customers are limited to one booking per day. Customers are being advised by NVRC to arrive at the front entrance ten minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and to answer COVID-19 screening questions.
Participants will be asked to leave promptly when their booking time is over. Masks, however, are not mandatory for customers or staff.
