DLP Architecture is holding a virtual information session where interested community members can learn about the application for heritage revitalization and rezoning of 311 W 14th Street.

The virtual information session is on November 17, from 6 pm to 8 pm.

This application’s aim to protect the heritage building and permit the development of a duplex infill building with lock off suites at the rear of the lot and allow for a secondary suite in the heritage home.

In total four parking stalls are proposed as required by the Zoning Bylaw and bonus density is proposed to offset the cost of heritage preservation, as per the Bonus Density and Community Benefit Policy.

How to participate

Please contact the applicant Lucio Picciano to register for the virtual development information session in advance. Lucio can be contacted at 778-889-6849 or by email at lucio@dlpdesigns.com

This meeting is required by the City of North Vancouver as part of the development process. The application was received by CNV in September this year.
