Crews are assessing damage and cleaning up debris following the windstorm on Friday, November 4.
DNV is reminding people to extra cautious when walking near trees and forested areas. Listen for the sound of trees cracking and keep an eye out for loose or fallen branches.
If you spot an urgent issue, like fallen trees on a street, please call the afterhours emergency number at 604.990.3666 or report online.
For all other non-urgent issues, you can report a problem online. BC Hydro crews spent several hours fixing downed trees, causing traffic backlogs on Mt Seymour Parkway.
