Enjoy free outdoor fitness classes at Mahon Park and Ray Perrault Park

North Vancouver Recreation and Culture is inviting citizens to join their new and free outdoor circuit training classes starting this May at Mahon Park & Ray Perrault Park in the City of North Vancouver.

Circuit stations include strength, cardio, agility and balance for a complete work out.

Highly qualified and experienced fitness instructors will be leading people through this work out.

Outdoor Circuit Training at Mahon Park
Located at 1648 Jones Ave, North Vancouver – meet at the track
Mondays: May 6 – June 17
7:00-7:45pm and 7:50-8:35pm

Wednesdays: May 8 – June 19
6:00-6:45pm and 6:50pm-7:30pm

Outdoor Circuit Training at Ray Perrault Park
Located at 1310 East Grand Blvd North Vancouver – meet in the parking lot
Tuesdays: May 7 – Jun 18
6:00-6:45pm and 6:50-7:35pm

Thursdays: May 9 – Jun 20
7:00-7:45pm and 7:50-8:35pm

Everyone is welcome to drop-in to these FREE classes!
