Just 21 resident parking spots for 39 rental units???
Just another unaffordable new rental building to add to the over-priced stock. Ho hum…
Oh glory be ….. more traffic in an area that I wont even attempt to go to anymore. If there aint any more bridges the North Shore is F***ed.
There is already a fight for street parking from the lack of parking for the other rental building up the street. 11 renters there don’t have parking. $2000 studio with no parking. Car break ins are rampant and guaranteed in the area. I know a hard working young 22 year old out on his own for the first time and all he does is pay ICBC repeatedly for car break in repairs. District.. give your head a shake and make developers provide parking to their rental residents too!!
I agree Adrienne, but don’t blame the District as it is in the City.
