Metro Vancouver has announced a new shuttle bus for those who want to visit the regional parks in the District of North Vancouver.
The free shuttle bus service will take visitors to Lynn Headwaters Regional Park, Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, and Lynn Canyon Park.
Starting August 8, park visitors can hop on a shuttle bus at Karen Magnussen Community Centre for a short ride to Lynn Valley Rd. and Dempsey Rd.
The community centre is located at 2300 Kirkstone Rd.

From the centre, it’s a short walk to Lynn Headwaters Regional Park, Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve or Lynn Canyon Park.
Reservations can’t be made for the shuttle bus, and only 23 passengers per trip will be allowed. No dogs or bikes will be allowed.
Metro Vancouver is encouraging people to take the shuttle as parking is very limited during the summer at the park.
“Save the time and trouble of finding parking and take a FREE shuttle bus instead,” Metro Vancouver said.
The free shuttle will run on Saturday, Sunday and on statutory holidays. Passengers will be asked to board the bus from the back when loading.
Touchpoints on the bus will be sanitized after each trip, and the bus will be deep cleaned and sanitized daily, Metro Vancouver said.
