The 30-year-old male who was reported missing and last seen in West Vancouver on November 25 has sadly been found deceased by an RCMP dive team, police said in a press release.

“Although a full determination has yet to be made, West Vancouver Police do not believe that criminality was involved in the man’s death,” West Vancouver Police said in a release.

The BC Coroners Service has been notified and is also investigating. “The West Vancouver Police sends their condolences to the deceased’s family and friends and thanks everyone involved in the search.”

The 30-year-old Fukuoshima (Fuku) Vikilani was last seen at Imperial Ave and Marine Dr in West Vancouver on Saturday, November 25.

Fuku was described by police as a man of Tongan descent who was 5’11 and weighed 180 pounds. Investigators suspected that he may be in the Horseshoe Bay / Whytecliff Park / Copper Cove area of West Vancouver.
