Info session next week for Lower Lonsdale development

Staff report
June 16, 2021 11:58am

Cascadia Green Development has submitted a development application to rezone 115 East Keith Road.

The rezoning will permit the development of a six-storey rental residential building, with 10% of the units as Mid-Market Rental.

Cascadia is holding a developer information session to review plans and ask questions at the early stage of the rezoning process.

The information session will be held on June 22, from 6 pm to 8 pm.

The session will be held virtually, although it will be designed to meet all the same objectives as a regular session.

Residents can register with their email address, following which a Zoom link will be sent.

Local residents can also contact Maryam Lofti at 604-771-6534 or maryam@cascadiagreendev.com for more information about the session.

The session will begin with a presentation by a Cascadia team member, and CNV staff will attend the meeting as observers.
