A single winning Lotto Max ticket purchased in the Stikine region of British Columbia matched all seven numbers to win the $20-million jackpot from last night’s draw.

BCLC will announce the specific retail location that sold the $20-million ticket once the winner has come forward to claim the life-changing prize.

All lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize.

British Columbians have claimed more than $188 million in Lotto Max prizes so far in 2019.

JACKPOT FACTS

The largest lottery prize ever won in B.C. was a $60-million Lotto Max jackpot in July 2019.

In May 2019, Canadians who play Lotto Max saw significant changes with the introduction of a brand-new Tuesday draw, allowing jackpots to grow more quickly, and as high as $70 million.

The odds of winning the main Lotto Max jackpot are 1 in 33,294,800 per $5 play.

The overall odds to win a prize are 1 in 7 per $5 play.

Lotto Max is a nationwide lottery game drawn on Tuesdays and Fridays after 7:30 p.m. (PT). Players can purchase tickets at any lottery retailer or at PlayNow.com. Winning numbers and group release forms can be found online at www.bclc.com. Players can now check their lottery tickets anytime, anywhere on iOS and Android devices.
