Lynn Valley care centre resident has died from the coronavirus

STAFF REPORT
March 9, 2020 11:27am

A resident of the Lynn Valley care center has died of coronavirus, according to the latest update by the BC Government.

The male resident who was in his 80s is the first person to die in Canada because of the coronavirus.

Two more residents in the care home have tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry.

The government announced five new cases of the coronavirus in the province, taking the total to 32.

The two cases reported on Saturday were residents of a long-term care facility in Lynn Valley, one of them a health worker at the facility.

These cases were identified as part of an outbreak assessment at the facility in response to a staff member testing positive for COVID-19, BC government said.

Sad and worrisome. So easy to spread these germs from room to room! One life ended unexpectedly, too soon.

All of us ending our lives in care centres run by the Government of China or some Mainland Chinese company. Yep! They’ve bought quite a number of care centres in Canada and have already been reprimanded for sanitary violations and neglect of patients. Google it. Then begin thinking about our future and how you want to be treated as an elderly person. Then, begin doing something about it now.

Is this the fate of all of us? I once asked my doctor what he thought would end civilization. Without any hesitation, he said, “A bug. A virus.” Or maybe he said “bugs” and “viruses.” Get ready for the future. All the hand sanitizer in the world (Thank to you hoarders, is there any left?) isn’t going to help you, so stop hoarding it, you freaking selfish, greedy, ignorant people.
