A Lynn Valley man is in hospital after a townhome fire in the 3700-block of Princess Ave in Lynn Valley.
Early this morning, District Fire and Rescue Services responded to a townhouse fire.
One person remains in hospital, said the District of North Vancouver.
Six residents whose homes were affected by fire and smoke are now being supported by the North Shore Emergency Management Office.
Although some media reports indicated a higher number of impacted residents, it has now been confirmed that six residents were affected.
Most residents are expected to be able to return to their homes in the next few days.
