Missing North Vancouver woman found safe

UPDATE: North Vancouver RCMP has confirmed that the 28-year-old female reported missing yesterday has been located.

She is safe and well.

North Van RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Mary Carol Abdulahi, who was reported missing on December 10, 2021.

Mary Carol Abdulahi was last seen just after midnight on December 9, walking east across the bridge from Fullerton Towers.

Mary Carol Abdulahi is described as a Black female, of Middle Eastern descent, 28 years old, 5 ft 3 in (160 cm), 115 lbs (52 kg), dark complexion, black hair, and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a grey, fur-lined parka, red pants, grey mask. There is nothing to indicate foul play at this time, but police are concerned for Mary’s health and well-being.

Anyone with any information about Mary Carol Abdulahi is urged to contact police by immediately calling 9-1-1.

Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
