The Mosquito Creek Bridge Pedestrian Underpass is closed as City crews are completing repair work to the local drainage system between Wagg Creek and Mosquito Creek.
Crews are also making improvements to the pathway to help improve flood resiliency during heavy rain storms.
“We’re rebuilding the storm water outlet to Mosquito Creek and increasing the height of the wall separating Mosquito Creek from the pathway,” says CNV.
“While the work in the underpass area is scheduled from August to September, we’re doing everything we can to quickly and efficiently complete the work so we can reopen the trail as soon as possible,” says CNV.
We know this is a popular trail and apologize for any inconveniences. Please watch for detour signage and travel with caution. Thank you for your cooperation
