Netflix filming next week in Dundarave, John Lawson Park

A Netflix feature will be filmed in Dundarave and John Lawson Park next week.

Residents can expect intermittent pedestrian and traffic delays in Dundarave on Monday, November 30, between 7 and 5 pm.

Expect intermittent traffic and pedestrian impacts, as follows: Intermittent traffic delays along Marine Drive at 25th Street, and pedestrian delays on the sidewalks near Shoppers Drug Mart and IGA.

There will be limited, temporary no stopping in the area.

Meanwhile, film crews will be John Lawson Park on Tuesday, December 1 and Wednesday, December 2 between 7 am and 5 pm.

The playground in John Lawson Park will be closed during filming.

There will be intermittent pedestrian delays along the paths and walkways close to the washroom and playground, and the the washroom building will be closed intermittently.

There will be limited, temporary no stopping in the area.

The production team will be placing additional picnic benches in the spring as a way to thank the community.
