Gringo North Vancouver will have 32 seats and will offer a variety of dishes such as tacos, burritos, and bowls that are made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Well known for its vibrant and colourful decor and friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the restaurant will also offer a wide selection of cocktails, beer, and wine.

Gringo was founded with a desire to reconnect to a genuine sense of community in every neighbourhood, the owners say. Gringo Gastown explains itself as a white-trash cantina’ meets ‘all-inclusive resort’ where ‘great people come together to enjoy the warm glow of neon lights and sing along to Classic ’80s & 90’s jams while scarfing down delicious tacos and knocking back cold beers’.
