Green Leaf opened its first spot in Vancouver on West Broadway followed by locations in Burnaby and now North Vancouver. Aburi literaly means  “flame-seared,” Aburi involves using a torch that is used to scorch the surface of the fish.

Green Leaf Sushi was also named as one among the 11 must-visit spots for sushi in Vancouver, making the new sushi restaurant, Green Leaf Sushi North Vancouver, an exciting addition to the sushi scene.
