The District of North Vancouver, City of North Vancouver and District of West Vancouver would like to learn about your experience with the Lime e-bike share pilot program currently operating on the North Shore.

Share your input to help us understand how the program is being used, how it has influenced travel behaviour and what opportunities or challenges may exist with the current program. E-bike share is a short-term rental program for electric bikes. It allows users to rent an e-bike from a fleet available at various locations across the North Shore, giving residents and visitors more choice in how they get around.

Input received from the survey participants will help shape the future of the e-bike share pilot program on the North Shore. In summer 2021, Lime was granted a permit to operate a two-year e-bike share pilot program in the City of North Vancouver and the District of North Vancouver. The following year, the District of West Vancouver joined the pilot service area.
