North Vancouver RCMP are seeking public assistance to locate missing person Richard Arikado.
Richard was last seen on May 15, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m. at his residence in the 800 block of Plymouth Drive in North Vancouver. He is described as a 67-year-old Asian male, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall with a slender build, grey hair, and brown eyes.
