A North Vancouver resident is one of the lucky winners in this year’s PNE Prize Home Lottery, driving away with a brand-new sports car.

Al Wilson won a 2025 Corvette Stingray Coupe finished in Arctic White with a sleek black interior. His ticket number, 7409330-2, was drawn from thousands sold across British Columbia.

The PNE Prize Home Lottery is a long-running tradition, first launched in 1934 when the Pacific National Exhibition raffled off a modest home at the fairgrounds. Today, the lottery has grown into one of B.C.’s largest fundraisers, offering luxury homes, vehicles, travel, and cash prizes. Proceeds help support community programs and the PNE itself.

This year’s draws featured grand prizes including a fully furnished home package, along with vacation getaways, RVs, hot tubs, and vehicles such as the Corvette won by Wilson.

The complete list of winners will be published in The Province newspaper two weeks after Labour Day, according to the PNE.
