North Vancouver RCMP seek help locating missing teen with Down Syndrome

North Vancouver RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating high-risk missing Grace Iteriteka, who was reported missing on February 21st, 2024.

Grace has Down syndrome and is unable to care for herself. She was last seen on February 21, 2024 at 11 am, leaving a residence in the 200 block of W 1st St in North Vancouver. She was last seen wearing white pants and a purple coat. She is 18 years old.

Anyone with information about this missing person or who believes they have seen Grace Iteriteka is asked to call us at 604-985-1311.
