The Holiday Inn in North Vancouver has transformed its grounds into a community Halloween attraction to raise money for local causes, the hotel said in a press release.
Running through November 2, The Haunt-Inn turns the outdoor space of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites North Vancouver into a spooky walk-through featuring animatronic displays, eerie lighting, and themed areas such as Spider Alley, The Creepy Corridor, The Mystical Maze, and The Pumpkin Path.
Admission is free, with donations supporting North Shore Edge and Spirit of Children, a charity that helps make hospital stays less frightening for kids.
The event is organized by North Shore Edge in partnership with SKA Wellness Holistic Spa, Third Eye Pro Creative Studio, and the Holiday Inn, which will transition to a DoubleTree by Hilton in 2026.
“The Haunt-Inn brings together the best of what our community has to offer — creativity, collaboration, and connection,” said Jamil Mawani, co-organizer with North Shore Edge. “We wanted to create something that connects neighbours and helps people tap into that feeling of being a kid again — curious, imaginative, and just having fun.”
The attraction includes a Pre-Show Sneak Peek through October 26, followed by the Main Event from October 27 to November 2, when the full experience will feature expanded displays, live elements, and giveaways. Visitors can also enjoy hot drinks and Halloween treats from Raven Haven Pop-Up Café, dining specials at Seymour’s Pub and Medley’s Italian & Grill, and community prize draws.
Special promotions include free meals for costumed children under 10 at Medley’s Italian & Grill on October 31, along with prizes for best costumes at Seymour’s Pub. Guests can also enter to win one of three family prize packages, with the top prize valued at more than $700.
The Haunt-Inn runs daily from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at 720 Old Lillooet Road.
