One person has died in the Lynn Valley stabbing incident.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has confirmed to North Shore Daily Post that at least one person has died in today’s incident.
Cpl. Frank Jang of IHIT will soon be holding a press conference to give more details regarding this incident.
Six people were taken to hospital after a suspect stabbed several people in and outside the Lynn Valley library. The incident happened around 3 pm today.
The man is now in custody.
Police said it appears this was a lone suspect.
North Vancouver RCMP is still looking for potential additional victims.
