One dead, one injured after TransLink bus hits pedestrians at Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal

One person is dead and one person has been seriously injured in a collision with a bus near the Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal.

At approximately 3:30 pm today, West Vancouver Police said it received reports of a serious incident involving two pedestrians and a Translink bus at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal.

“Tragically, one person is deceased and one person has suffered serious injuries and has been taken to hospital,” police said. West Vancouver Police are asking the public to stay away from the area.
