A pedestrian bridge over Cypress Creek at Cypress Falls Park has been replaced, restoring a trail connection within the park, according to the District of West Vancouver’s social media post.

The post noted that the former bridge was removed and replaced with a new aluminum structure designed to improve durability and maintain access between trails on either side of the creek. The bridge links two established trail routes within the park.

Cypress Falls Park includes waterfalls, forested trails, and wildlife habitat, and its lower elevation allows it to remain accessible in winter when other trails may be covered in snow. The park includes two main waterfall viewpoints, with the lower falls a short walk from the parking area, while the upper falls take about 30 minutes to reach.
