One person has died after being struck by a vehicle on the Sea to Sky Highway. The collision involving a pedestrian happened at 7:30 pm on Friday evening in Pemberton.
Police responded to the incident near Highway 99 and Pemberton Portage Road. A pedestrian was struck and died in the incident, police told media in a statement. Medical first responders treated the pedestrian, but didn’t survive the collision.
