The North Cowichan RCMP is seeking public assistance to locate Jesse Bennet and his 7-year-old daughter Violet who were reported missing yesterday afternoon.
On January 23, 2022 North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP received a report from family that Jesse and Violet Bennet, 7, were missing from their residence which is located in the North Cowichan/Duncan area.
On January 20 Victoria Family Law Court had set out a Joint Custody agreement and ordered Jesse Bennet to return Violet the same day to her mother. Police believe that Jesse Bennet is actively evading police and is in breach of the custody order, said Sgt. Trevor Busch of the North Cowichan RCMP.
Jesse Bennet is described as a Caucasian man, 36-years-old, 5’10”, 160 lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair (possibly shaved head or wearing hat), with a beard.
Violet Bennet is described as a Caucasian girl, 7-years-old, approximately 4’ft tall, weighing 50-60 pounds, with blue eyes and big natural curly hair.
If you have information about Jesse or Violet’s whereabouts you are asked to contact the police in your jurisdiction, or the North Cowichan RCMP at 250-748-5522.

Poor Mom. What a worry. Hopefully they will be located
soon. W.
If the courts made it equal as parents this wouldn’t happen
17 yrs in a family court with a vindictive mother. She never followed the court order literally from day one. Was never held to account for anything at all. The only thing that ever happened was the amount to support, which we paid, always. The children pay and generations to come pay, when Parental Alienation is real and goes on to become Transgenerational. It is supposed to be held in contempt but so far not happening. P.S. She was extremely wealthy the whole time. So much so, they were laundering money in the Caymans.
License plate number and car description? Putting out possitive vibes that help him with understanding he needs to do the right thing, cause the longer hes running the harsher the punishment….very much LOVE to Mom.. <3
