Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman wanted under BC Mental Health Act Warrant.
Celina Smart is wanted on a BC Mental Health Act Warrant. She was last seen on July 19 at 1:30 pm in Coquitlam and was reported missing to police later that day.
Police has information she frequents the downtown area of Vancouver. Police are concerned for her well-being and are obliged to apprehend her and return her to a Designated Facility.
She is described as:
Caucasian
5’7 (170-cm)
160-lbs (70-kg)
Short Blond straight hair
Green eyes
Scar on throat
Red and White shirt
Black leggings
Celina Smart may behave in a way that presents a risk to herself or the public, so if you see her, police ask that you do not approach and instead call 911 immediately.
