The District of West Vancouver will hold a public hearing on Feb. 23 to consider a proposed rezoning that would allow townhouse development at 6085 and 6093 Marine Drive.
The public hearing is scheduled for 5 pm at the Municipal Hall and will address proposed amendments to the OCP and Zoning bylaw that would rezone the properties to allow 12 townhomes with a maximum height of three storeys.
The subject properties, located near Gleneagles Golf Course along Marine Drive, are currently under consideration for redevelopment. A concurrent development permit application would regulate the form, character, and landscaping of the proposed townhouse buildings.
