The community is invited to attend a preliminary public consultation meeting for a proposed triplex project in West Vancouver. The triplex will be located at 737 20th Street in West Vancouver. According to the proponent, the site is relatively flat, 4847 square feet and zoned RS5.

The site, with laneway access is located north of a single-family dwelling and east of the “Hollyburn Mews” infill project which was built/occupied in approximately 2013. The site has a single-family home which will be demolished.

The information meeting will take place in an open house format on March 9, from 7 pm to 9 pm. The meeting will take place in the Cedar Room of West Vancouver Community Centre. District of West Vancouver has also scheduled a public hearing next week for a 201-unit, six-storey rental apartment building proposed near Park Royal.

The public hearing will be held on March 6 at 7 pm for redevelopment at 671, 685, 693 Clyde Avenue and 694 Duchess Avenue. The development is located just north of Park Royal Shopping Centre. The developer,  Park Royal Shopping Centre Holdings Ltd., has submitted an application for residential rental studio units that includes 201 residential studio apartment rentals, 50 parking stalls, and 303 bicycle storage spaces. It will be a six-storey residential building with landscaped rooftop amenity.
