Anthem Properties Group is holding a virtual public information meeting until March 8 for the second phase of a townhome project in Seymour Heights neighbourhood.
Anthem has applied to develop the second phase of the property at 904-944 Lytton Street. This phase includes 31, three-storey owned townhomes in six buildings, with parking for 62 vehicles in individual garages, plus three surface parking spots for visitors.
The public information meeting can be accessed here, which will close down on March 8 at 5 pm. The original rezoning application proposed dividing the large site on Lytton Street into four smaller sites, in order to develop approximately 341 homes in phases. The application proposes improvements to the public areas along Mount Seymour Parkway and Lytton Street, a new pedestrian connection from Lytton Street to Broadview Drive, and a new street within the property with access from Lytton Street.
