Gaspe Project Limited Partnership has submitted a proposal to develop 46 townhomes, including ten lock-off suites, in eight three-story buildings at the 3300 Block of Mount Seymour Parkway and 3382-3399 Gaspe Place. The project includes underground parking for 71 vehicles, with six spaces designated for visitors.

A public information meeting will be held on Thursday, June 20, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Parkgate Community Centre at 3625 Banff Court. Residents can learn more about the project and share their feedback. For additional information, Eric Chan from the Trillium Project can be contacted at 604-714-0904.

From June 17 to July 1, 2024, a virtual public information meeting will be held as part of the development application process. This virtual meeting offers another chance for the public to learn about the project and voice their opinions.

The detailed application was received on May 3, 2024, and is currently under review. The site comprises seven lots and an existing lane, including five single-family homes and two vacant lots owned by the District of North Vancouver. These are part of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale. The site is bordered by Northlands Golf Course to the north, single-family homes to the east and south, a public trail, and two three-story townhomes to the west.

The site is currently designated as Residential Level 4: Transition Multifamily. The proposed project will require rezoning and a development permit.
