A developer is holding a public information meeting for a proposed seven-storey building in the City of North Vancouver.

Farzin Yadegari Architect Inc. has submitted a zoning bylaw amendment application to rezone 216-232 East 3rd Street from RT-1 and CD-073 Zones to a new Comprehensive Development (CD) Zone. The rezoning would allow for a seven-storey residential building featuring 78 strata units if approved.

The proposal includes provisions for 78 parking stalls and 171 secure bicycle parking stalls, emphasizing a balance between vehicle and active transportation. Residents are invited to review the project details and provide feedback. The deadline for comments is December 19, 2024. Feedback can be submitted through the online feedback portal at cnv.org/Applications by searching for the property address.

A virtual developer’s information session will be held on December 5, 2024, at 6 pm. To register, contact the applicant via email at farzin@fyarch.ca or at 778-340-4142. For additional information, contact the City of North Vancouver at planning@cnv.org or call 604-983-7357.
