Traffic is backed up on the McGill Street off-ramp from the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge due to a pipeline protest.
The traffic is affected on Highway 1 in both directions.
“A significant traffic disruption due to civil action is occurring at Exit 25,” said DriveBC.
