Drivers and pedestrians are advised of upcoming lane and sidewalk closures on Lynn Valley Road as BC Hydro begins utility work next week.

Harvest Project

The work, scheduled from Jan. 26 to Feb. 13, will take place between Highway 1 and just west of William Avenue. Travel lanes, bike lanes, and sidewalks will be affected at various times, but with very brief exceptions, one lane in each direction will remain open. At least one sidewalk will also be accessible during school rush periods. Work is set to begin after 9 a.m. daily.

The north side curb lane and sidewalk will be closed for the entire period from Jan. 26 to Feb. 13, while the south side curb lane and sidewalk will be closed from Feb. 9 to 13.
