North Vancouver RCMP are releasing images and warning the public after they received a report on April 1, 2023 of an indecent act that had occurred on March 31.

Two victims reported that on Friday, March 31 at approximately 12 pm, they were walking through Princess Park when they passed by an elderly man walking a golden retriever. As they crossed paths, the man stopped and exposed himself before continuing on.

The man is described as an older Caucasian male in his 60s. He was seen wearing bright blue jacket with symbol on left breast, a navy blue ball cap, light blue jeans, and dark running shoes with white soles.

“We are looking for additional witnesses who may have spotted this individual on Friday around noon,” said Sergeant Peter DeVries of the North Vancouver RCMP. If you were driving in the area at that time and may have dash cam footage or if you live in the area and might have home video surveillance, please check and contact us.

Police are asking those who live in the area or frequent Princess Park to be on the lookout for anyone matching the description of the suspect, and if spotted, to call 9-1-1. Anyone who recognizes this man, or who has video footage, is asked to contact the North Vancouver RCMP at (604)-985-1311 and quote file 23-6187
