Update: Following a preliminary investigation, a 22-year-old Vancouver man was arrested and is possibly facing charges related to Criminal Negligence causing death and bodily harm.

Investigators believe that speed and alcohol likely contributed to the collision that tragically took the lives of two, 20-year-old Surrey men.

A portion of Cypress Bowl Rd. was closed from 4 to 2 pm, while Collision Investigators surveyed the scene and gathered evidence.
