MLI Homestay is looking for safe, comfortable homes for international high school students attending Windsor and Seycove schools in just three weeks. These students come from around the world—Germany, Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Turkey—and need a safe, comfortable and welcoming home.

“We urgently invite our fantastic community to open their hearts and homes to these adventurous students. Share your hospitality and help them have an unforgettable study experience in North Vancouver. Students will be arriving at the end of August and early September, studying until December 2024, January 2025, or for the full school year until June 2025,” MLI says.

Hosting international students is an incredible opportunity for cultural exchange and creating lifelong connections. As North Vancouver’s international student program flourishes, more families have the chance to welcome these bright young minds into their homes, share diverse cultures, and make cherished memories. But we need your help immediately!

“It’s beautiful to see the friendships formed between students and hosts!” said Cheryl Lee, COO of MLI Education Group (and Seycove resident). “Families often have life-changing experiences right in their backyard. It’s amazing for the students and equally rewarding for our hosts.”

Families who host will receive 24/7 support, financial compensation to help with expenses and guidance from MLI Homestay’s local coordinators in North Vancouver. Plus, you’ll make a meaningful impact on a student’s life while enriching your own.

If you’re ready to make a difference and provide a welcoming home for these students, we’d love to hear from you as soon as possible! We’re also offering a referral fee for successful student placements. For more information on becoming a host family in North Vancouver, please contact Linda at 604-857-3269 or lutas@mlihomestay.com, or visit www.mlihomestay.com.
