Jiang XiePing is described as an Asian man in his 50s, 5’8, 71 kg, medium build, grayish black hair, no tattoos, wearing black frame glasses, and fishing waders.

On Monday, a search operation was initiated by both the Canadian Coast Guard and volunteers from Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue.

However, it was later suspended.
