Media release
November 13, 2020 10:42am

The West Vancouver Police and West Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services are once again teaming up and collecting gifts for families in need over the Holiday season.

From November 16, 2020 through December 16, 2020 they are accepting new, unwrapped toys and gifts as well as non-perishable food items.

Both agencies have been running the gift drive for 15 consecutive years, and all donations are given to the Family Services of the North Shore Christmas Bureau.

The Christmas Bureau helps families who are unable to afford the holidays and provides various support services.

Those who wish to donate gifts are encouraged to consider something for pre-teens and teens as well as young children, and to please avoid donating stuffed animals.

People can donate at the following locations:

•    West Vancouver Police Department 755 16th St, West Vancouver

•    West Vancouver Fire & Rescue 760 16th St, West Vancouver

•    West Vancouver Blue Bus 221 Lloyd Ave, North Vancouver Mon to Fri 8-5, Sat/Sun 10-3

West Vancouver Police and West Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services thank you for your support.
