West Vancouver has announced plans to develop a permanent Youth Hub at the site of the former Ambleside Youth Centre in Ambleside Park.

In a social media post, the District said the project was announced by the council on Jan. 12 and will create a new space dedicated to youth programs. The post further stated that the Youth Hub is intended to foster connection, support well-being, and provide safe opportunities for young people in the community.

The hub will be located in Ambleside Park, a building on the former youth centre site. Further details and updates about the development will be shared at a later date, the post stated.
