Winning $15 million Lotto Max ticket sold in Vancouver

Staff report
August 14, 2021 9:46am

This mid-August weekend is about to get a lot hotter for at least one lottery player after a single ticket purchased in Vancouver scored last night’s $15-million Lotto Max jackpot.

The ticket matched all seven winning numbers: 1, 14, 17, 20, 28, 32, and 38. The odds of winning a Lotto Max jackpot are 1 in 33,294,800.

All lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize.

The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was purchased, and the lottery winners’ name(s) will be announced after the winner has come forward to claim their prize.

So far in 2021, B.C. lottery players have redeemed more than $111 million in winnings from Lotto Max.

Lotto Max is a nationwide lottery game drawn on Tuesdays and Fridays after 7:30 p.m.
