The District of West Vancouver has received a preliminary development application for a proposed 150-unit townhouse development at 4165-4195 Marine Drive.

MST Development Corporation is proposing the residential development, which will include three townhouse buildings, each of which would be three storeys in height.

MST Development is a historic partnership of the Musqueam Indian Band, Squamish Nation and Tsleil-Waututh Nation, which collectively own six prime properties throughout Metro Vancouver.

These properties total more than 160 acres of developable land and are currently valued at over $1 billion.

The Marine Drive proposal has not been formally submitted to the district as a rezoning and is still within the preliminary development application stage.

MST is hosting a preliminary public information meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 7 pm, in an online meeting format.

The information session will take place through Zoom Webinar. Please email marinedrive@mstdevelopment.ca to register for the event.
