The District is inviting comments from the public about proposed 52-unit townhome project in the Cedardale neighbourhood.
District of West Vancouver has received a preliminary development proposal for a townhouse project at 695 Burley Drive and 660, 640, 620, and 610 Inglewood Avenue.
The proposal is for 52 townhouse units with underground parking.
A development application has not been received.
The applicant will be hosting a public information meeting on its preliminary development proposal on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. via Zoom.
The proposed site is an assembly of lots at the corner of Burley Drive and Inglewood Avenue, adjacent to Cedardale School.
“Our idea is to create a collection of townhomes that includes 39 two- and three-storey townhomes (each with a rooftop deck), and 10 lower-level single bedroom garden units with patios,” says the developer.
The developer, Canderel, says its vision is consistent with the community’s OCP that supports more “missing middle” housing options.
The proponents can be contacted at info@inglewoodburley.ca.
