The Lynn Canyon Park east parking lot will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, August 19, to accommodate helicopter operations for the Lynn Canyon Wetlands Staircase Replacement Project.
According to the advisory issued by the District of North Vancouver, the closure is expected to be in effect from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Surrounding trails will also be temporarily closed during the helicopter operations. Spotters will be stationed throughout the area to inform and assist trail users. The temporary closures are intended to facilitate the helicopter operations associated with the staircase replacement project.
