Snow is expected to begin tonight then become heavy at times through Thursday.
Snowfall amounts near 30 cm can be expected by Friday morning
The cold front crossing the BC South Coast will also lead to heavy snow over the Sea to Sky Highway from Squamish to Whistler beginning late this evening.
Snowfall accumulations of 15 to 20 cm are expected before the heavy snow eases to scattered flurries Thursday morning.
Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
