Alert: Overnight road closure on Highway 1

Drivers on North Shore should prepare for upcoming overnight closures on Highway 1.

The closures will affect east-bound traffic on Highway 1.

Construction work is planned at Main Street on-ramp. This work starts on Thursday, October 7 at 9 pm and will continue until 5 am.

The Main Street on-ramp will be closed. DriveBC is asking people to use alternate route.

Construction work will also affect eastbound traffic on Highway 1.

This work starts Tuesday, Oct 12, at 9 pm and continues until Friday, Oct 15 at 5 am.

The construction work continues on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Road closure is planned, and Main St. Onramp will be closed.

Please use alternate route.
